Audio Recording Guidelines
* Identify a quiet place without any external or background noises (large appliances like refrigerators, heating & air conditioning vent fans, running water, etc)
* Read every word and pronounce all the text clearly and aloud
* Maintain a steady pace and volume levels
* Eliminate any "mouth sounds" and audio gaps
* Pause the audio recording if you have to take a break and continue the recording when you are ready
* Use nuances and appropriate emphasis and emotions that best deliver the story
* Read out the book loud before recording to:
- identify your rhythm and narrating flow
- practice difficult words and phrases
- avoid tripping over the sentences
* Record a demo and play it back to:
- make sure that your recording has no glitches and can be played back

Requirements
Hardware/Software:
* Computer: PC or a Mac
* External Microphone: optional, but recommended
* Software - Audacity: optional, but recommended (https://www.audacityteam.org)
Recording Requirements:
For each story:
* Record in a separate file
* Read the Story/Chapter name and Author name
* Read the disclaimer at the beginning of each file
* Save the file as .WAV or as mp3
* Upload the audio file at the bottom of this page
